\ud83d\udcd6 Why I Built This: My Story<\/h2>\n

If you are wondering why I created this platform and who it is for, here is the truth.<\/p>\n

I was just like you\u2014struggling to survive while trying to break into the IT industry. I didn’t start with advantages. I started with:<\/p>\n \n \n

\n \u274c No Technical Skills<\/span>\n \u274c No Communication Skills<\/span>\n \u274c No Certifications<\/span>\n \u274c No Laptop<\/span>\n \u274c No Internet<\/span>\n \u274c No Money<\/span>\n <\/div>\n\n

During my studies, my first job was as a car washer. I later worked as a part-time telephone operator in college, and then as a salesperson in a furniture shop. After graduating, I tried desperately to start my IT career. I eventually landed at a tech company in Chennai, but the salary was barely enough to pay for shared bedspace and basic food.<\/p>\n \n

With the support of my uncles, I travelled to Dubai to pursue my dream. For three months, I hunted. I got three interviews. I failed two, and the third company just took my documents with no guarantee of an offer. Defeated, I returned to Chennai.<\/p>\n \n

Eventually, I got selected at TCS\u2014but not in IT. It was a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) job. After passing three rounds of interviews, I was offered a salary three times higher than my previous job. After so many failures and struggles, it felt like a lifeline.<\/p>\n\n

But then, the TCS project manager called me into his office. He changed my life with this exact conversation:<\/p>\n\n \n

\n “I see your resume. It is entirely about the IT industry. This job is a completely BPO process; anyone with basic system knowledge can do this. I know you passed all the interviews, and I definitely need people for my project, but…”\n <\/p>\n

He handed me his personal business card and told me to think about it for two days. He said to only join if I was truly in desperate need of this specific BPO job<\/em>, because my path was clearly elsewhere.<\/p>\n <\/blockquote>\n\n

That honesty redirected my focus back to IT. From that moment, I built a career that has involved solving massive IT operations challenges across Iraq, Oman, Qatar, the UAE, and India. That journey gave me the experience to lead teams and achieve my career goals.<\/p>\n\n
